1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been processed and dispatched, unless the items have been incorrectly shipped (wrong item, wrong quantity, or not as described).
If you believe your order has been incorrectly shipped, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at peptideshop.co@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and proof of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted if:

The return has been authorised by us in writing.

The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return is sent to the address we provide once your request has been approved.
Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
Returns are not accepted for reasons other than incorrect shipment, damage, or fault.
Sale items are non-returnable.
4. Refunds
If your return has been authorised and approved, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Please note:

Delivery fees (£5.99) are non-refundable, including where free delivery promotions were applied.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrectly shipped or faulty.
