Throughout these Terms, “PEPTIDESHOP”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PEPTIDESHOP LTD.

2. About These Terms

These Terms apply whenever you access our website or place an order with us.

Please read them carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK consumer law.

3. Research Use Only

All peptides and related products sold by PEPTIDESHOP are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical and scientific research purposes.

Our products are not intended for:

  • Human or veterinary administration
  • Human or animal consumption
  • Diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use
  • Use as medicines, medical devices, food products or cosmetics
  • The treatment, prevention or diagnosis of any disease or medical condition

Products must not be administered, injected, ingested, inhaled or otherwise introduced into the human or animal body.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you understand these restrictions and will use, store, handle and dispose of the products lawfully and only for their stated research purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that a product may be misused, purchased unlawfully or used for a purpose inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Purchasing and possessing the products is lawful in your location
  • You understand the intended purpose and restrictions applying to the products
  • You have suitable knowledge and facilities to handle and store the products safely
  • The products will only be used for legitimate research purposes
  • The information you provide is complete and accurate

You must not purchase products on behalf of anyone who does not meet these requirements.

5. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability are accurate.

Product images are provided for illustration. Packaging, labels and appearance may vary slightly without affecting the stated identity or specification of the product.

Products must be stored and handled in accordance with the information provided on the product page, label or accompanying documentation.

Certificates of Analysis and other testing information relate only to the batch or sample identified in the relevant document.

We do not provide medical advice, treatment advice, dosage information or administration instructions.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not mean that it has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send confirmation of dispatch.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
  • Delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity or product misuse
  • The order breaches these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

7. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Any applicable taxes will be included or clearly identified during checkout.

Delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms and privacy policies may also apply.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are normally processed within one to two working days. Estimated delivery is usually two to five working days after dispatch.

Standard UK delivery costs £5.99 for orders below £100.

Free standard UK delivery applies to orders with a product value of £100 or more after discounts and before delivery charges.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to you.

9. Cancellation Rights

Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, you may cancel your order within 14 days beginning on the day after the goods are delivered.

To cancel an order, email peptideshop.co@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

Unless the products are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.

Products must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.

Cancellation rights may not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Any other products excluded from cancellation rights under applicable law

These exceptions only apply where permitted by law and do not affect your rights where products are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

10. Refunds

Where a valid cancellation applies, we will refund the price paid for the products and the cost of standard outbound delivery.

We will not refund any additional amount paid for an enhanced, express or premium delivery service.

Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value.

11. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, contact peptideshop.co@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address provided with your order.

Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full and the products have been delivered.

After delivery, you are responsible for the safe and lawful storage, handling, use and disposal of the products.

13. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use any product for human or veterinary administration
  • Inject, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce a product into a human or animal body
  • Resell or market a product for human consumption or therapeutic use
  • Remove or obscure research-use warnings
  • Make misleading medical, therapeutic or performance claims about our products
  • Use our website or products for an unlawful purpose
  • Obtain or attempt to obtain products through fraud, misrepresentation or an unauthorised payment method

We may cancel orders, suspend service or refuse future orders where these restrictions are breached.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, unlawful handling, prohibited administration, unsuitable storage or failure to comply with the stated research-use restrictions.

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business purposes, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or other indirect or consequential loss.

15. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including branding, text, graphics, product information and original images, are owned by or licensed to PEPTIDESHOP LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the website is also subject to that policy.

17. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, supply interruption, systems failure or government action.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events and keep affected customers informed where appropriate.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The Terms applying to an order will be those published when the order was placed. The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
