We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders placed from outside the UK will not be accepted or processed.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location and the courier used.
A flat delivery fee of £5.99 applies to all orders under £100.
Free delivery is available on orders over £100.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available).

Tracking availability depends on the courier service used for your shipment.

Refunds and returns are processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please note:

Delivery fees (£5.99) are non-refundable, including where free delivery promotions have been applied.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
